a: Sunbeam Snakes are
fairly small snakes growing
to roughly 3 feet in length
as adults.

Sunbeam Snakes are a little
more tricky to keep in captivity
than some other snake species
but can make great captive
pets. As a burrowing species
they will require thick
substrate (roughly 6-8 inches)
as well as a high level
of humidity.

What do Sunbeam Snakes Eat?
a: Juvenile Sunbeam Snakes will feed on
a pinkie mouse about once
per week. Adults should
be fed an appropriatly sized
prey item (adult mouse or
small rat) every two or
three weeks.
